Job Responsibilities
- Requirements Analysis: Engage with customers to understand their needs and issues, working to improve and develop the software in your domain.
- Business Logic and Flow: Gather information to define business logic and flow, collaborating closely with the team.
- Feedback Handling: Receive and analyze feedback, compliments, and suggestions to address issues effectively.
- User Support: Provide technical support to software users as required.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate with the development team and stakeholders to manage requirements and perform inspections, including both functional and non-functional requirements.
- User Acceptance Testing: Coordinate with stakeholders for user acceptance testing and document relevant information.
Experience requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in information technology and accounting project.
Knowledge:
- Proficiency in databases, including MySQL and MSSQL.
- Knowledge of information systems.
- Familiarity with public financial and accounting systems.
Skills:
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.

Education requirements
