Directing all aspects of Financial Operations BAU and Project by leading all ETE designs/architecture/processes/mapping rules/report need to be comply with Accounting GAAPs (both local GAAP and IFRS GAAP) and also comply with OIC/SEC regulatory and FWD TH and Group office policy/procedures. On top, the BAU and Project should put all control in place and automate to gain on efficiencies as well. Developing and coordinating all relationships with upper or lower stakeholders in any team of Financial Operations and related other functions as business as usual (BAU) processes and related company projects
Key Responsibilities
BAU processes and new Project and Initiatives
  • Manage any Change request from BAU processes ie new product, new partner, new functions in PAS both Core and Non Core systems
  • Lead in building up new project to cover all Financial Operations ETE proceses which comply to GAAPs/ Regulatory/ Tax ruling and related policies and procedures are followed in order to improve financial operations efficiency
  • Interacts at all levels with other stakeholders to produce agreed deliverable, timely, efficient and accurate ETE FO processes with faster close timeline by the GO office
  • Maintain effective and efficient operations to help prevent and detect operation errors
  • Act as FWD’s representative to coordinate both of internal and external parties; other department, external Auditor, and Revenue department in responsible areas

  • Build effective team, improve team engagement, strengthen team knowledge in order to response to company growth
  • Self motivation and productive team payer
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Over 10 years of work experience in End-to-End Accounting especially in life insurance industry and proven successful in project management
  • Strong accounting knowledge both Local book and IFRS book and get update to new and revised accounting standard and tax knowledge
  • Strong project management skills both technical and soft skill on planning/ communication/ coordination/ presentation
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines
  • Strong leadership
  • CPA is preferred but not required
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Proactive, Open, Caring, Commit, Innovative
